Prices for dental implants abroad
What do you have to add to the dental implant price that you see on a clinic’s price list? Ask if the price includes the following. If not add them all together for the complete price.
Do the prices include:
- the titanium implant post
- bone augmentation work – not everyone needs this but if you do it could significantly add to the price
- local anaesthetic
- sedation if required
- surgical procedures
- the healing attachment
- the abutment
- impressions
- the crown
- fitting the crown
I am surgeon at Respiro Dental Clinic in Bucharest and i find as incorrect to display a price of the implant without the rest of the costs, as abutment or other parts involved in the succes of the implant. The initial advertised price sometimes even double because of these costs.
